A personal user and a business user can both be merchants and/or buyers, the personal/business distinction solely determining the category of a HiPay wallet customer account, based on the company name of the user. A HiPay wallet customer becomes a "Merchant" as soon as a sale is made via one of their HiPay wallet payment pages.
The Merchant Tool Kit is an API (Application Programming Interface) which you can download and use for optimizing payments via HiPay wallet.
It allows you to carry out modifications directly in your source code without you having to log in to your HiPay wallet account. Depending on your programming, the amount varies to adapt to your customers' purchases. This merchant API is currently written in PHP, techical documentation is available to help you install it (downloadable or printable version).
More complex than the payment button or payment by e-mail (simple form to be filled out on the site), it requires more technical knowledge.

HiPay wallet offers multi-currency management which means that HiPay wallet manages accounts in different currencies (7 for the moment) in its system. Each HiPay wallet Member Area may therefore have several Sub-Accounts in different currencies from those of its Main Account Reminder: even if it is possible to have multi-currency management within a Member Area, the latter is always single currency with only one "Master" currency which is that of the Main Account and that which will be used for withdrawal requests.

For merchants, a Sub-Account may be used as a "Test account" to simulate purchases and check the integration of your payment pages on their site. Access may therefore be dedicated to a third party, but the Main Account holder is ultimately responsible for the management and use of Sub-Accounts.

It does not allow access to the other Sub-Accounts nor to the Main Account. It can be deleted only by a main account if and only if the balance is null.
This is a recurring purchase or, put another way, one which is renewed regularly at a fixed date or by period (in the form of a subscription)
